The healthcare industry features a large number of products which call for special handling and processing. Our medical device warehouses are authorized to deliver the following services in compliance with current standards and regulations:

INSPECTION UNDER PHARMACEUTICAL TECHNICAL MANAGEMENT
All warehouse procedures are subject to inspection by pharmaceutical technical management. Thus, all the operations carried out in our warehouses are guaranteed to comply with the quality system authorised by the associated medical service.
HEALTH AND PHARMACEUTICAL INSPECTION
The warehouse’s health manager verifies that the products comply with regulations. Furthermore, the goods can be checked and adapted for import (labelling, CE marking, sampling, etc.) under customs control before they are inspected which means saving on handling costs and preventing delays.
TAILORING NON-CONFORMING PRODUCTS
Some imports arrive in Spain without adequate labelling or packaging for national distribution and sale. In our warehousing you can tailor your products to meet European regulations without the need to hire a third company as we can offer labelling, re-labelling, re-packing and cleaning facilities, etc. according to requirements.
QUARANTINE
Medical devices and products that must not be distributed whilst awaiting a definitive decision regarding their commercialisation can be safeguarded in our warehouses. Cargo that must be quarantined is physically separated from the rest of the cargo in a dedicated area within the warehouse. It is also separated electronically which allows us to monitor and track it much more closely.
MONITORING QUALITY CONTROLS
Our IT systems allow traceability of all the information regarding the controls carried out, that is to say, you will be able to access reports on all controls carried out at any time.
COMPUTERISED TEMPERATURE RECORDS
Thanks to our standardised system and our technical facilities we can periodically take a record of the temperature. This record is also reviewed by our medical specialists ensuring that at any point you can check your cargo is being kept at the right temperature.
STORAGE IN APPROVED FACILITIES
Importing medicinal products, medical devices and cosmetics into some countries, e.g., EU member states, requires an approved storage facility before an import license or a statutory declaration can be obtained
INVENTORY MANAGEMENT
We have all of the necessary tools to carry out both regular and one-off inventory management. All the goods are electronically recorded along with the information necessary to carry out inventories such as expiry, batch, location, receipt date, etc.

MANAGEMENT AND CUSTOMS CLEARANCE

Some of our facilities are authorised to act as DA, DDA and ADT bonded warehouses. In addition to the tax benefits of these regimes, the clearance of your goods will be done in our warehouse, thus saving time and costs.

NATIONAL TRANSPORT AND DISTRIBUTION

We manage the transport according to the demanding needs of the health sector, being able to make urgent deliveries, in 24h or the same day (depending on location), with the added bonus of having online information of all your deliveries.

INSTALLATION AND REMOVAL OF MEDICAL EQUIPMENT

In addition to delivering the equipment, our technical staff takes care of the positioning, assembly, installation and adjustment of the equipment for use in hospitals or medical centres. We are currently an international logistics partner of various medical device manufacturers.
