  • PICKUP AT SOURCE AND TECHNICAL SUPPORT

    We have logistics warehouses for consolidating loads from all of your suppliers so they are all shipped in the same container and all the goods in the container are yours. We also provide cross-docking services. We can pick up your goods by truck or you can send them to our warehouses. From there we will transfer them to a container for shipment. Plus if you’re worried about how your goods are going to be loaded, our Drink Team can check this procedure onsite so that everything is done properly and with the protection measures required so your goods travel safely.

  • DOCUMENTATION AND CUSTOMS CLEARANCE

    We can issue all the relevant documentation (EMCS and DA500) in your name if you cannot do it yourself because you do not have a tax warehouse. Plus we have AEO certification which reduces the risk of customs inspections and cuts taxes for some tariff items. You’ll also have access to all the documentation related to your shipment through our MyTIBA platform where you can additionally track your cargo online and check it is on time.

  • Drinks transport

    We provide you with the most appropriate transport based on the type of operation:

    • FCL shipping: perfect for large bottled product loads.
    • LCL shipping: ideal for shipments of small quantities or samples.
    • Air freight: for urgent consignments of small quantities such as samples, goods for fairs and international events or for preventing stockouts at your customers and distributors.
    • Land transport: we pick up your goods from your warehouse whether it’s a single pallet or larger loads for both domestic and international shipments.

  • BONDED WAREHOUSES AND TAX WAREHOUSE

    Our warehouses include a bonded warehouse, a non-customs warehouse and a tax warehouse which are essential for importing alcoholic beverages and where we put on the excise duty strips

  • DISTRIBUTION AND DELIVERY

    We handle your export or import operations and also distribute your beverages to your customers.

SPECIALISED DRINKS LOGISTICS SOLUTIONS

TEMPERATURE AND HUMIDITY CONTROL SOLUTIONS

We provide the following temperature and humidity control solutions to ensure your beverages reach their destination without losing any of their properties:

  • Thermal insulation: prevents outside temperature changes affecting the inside and protects beverages from humidity and condensation. The most common types of thermal insulation are thermal blankets or thermal panels for the entire container and thermal covers for individual pallets.
  • Reefers: recommended for high quality products, very sensitive goods or destinations with extreme weather conditions. They control temperature, ventilation and humidity throughout the logistics chain.
  • Non-operating reefer (NOR): reefers that are not operative, i.e. not refrigerated, whose isothermal walls lessen sudden temperature changes.
  • Thermographs / Iso kits/ Ryan: devices fitted inside containers which measure temperature across the logistics chain and ensure we’ve chosen the best option for transporting your beverages.

CARGO PROTECTION SOLUTIONS

We provide the following anchoring and fixing solutions to preserve your beverages and prevent cargo shifting inside the container:

  • Airbags: beverage pallets cannot be stacked because the upper layer’s weight might damage the lower one. So we inflate raffia or cardboard bags with air and fit them into the container’s empty spaces to fill gaps and stop the cargo from moving.
  • Protection bars: goods anchoring system placed inside the container that prevents the cargo shifting.
  • Slings: tape that holds and grips goods so they don’t swing inside the container.

CARGO OPTIMISATION SOLUTIONS

We arrange stowage of your pallets inside the container so you can streamline costs and available space without lifting or stacking the pallets. You get an ideal layout which means you can ship as many goods as possible at no risk to your products.

  • SPANISH WINERY WITH NO TAX WAREHOUSE AUTHORISATION
    One of Spain’s main wineries is not authorised to operate a tax warehouse for products subject to excise duty, so we associate their alcoholic beverages with our tax warehouse and we also see to issuing documents and paying taxes.
  • POSITIONING A NEW MEXICAN TEQUILA BRAND IN SPAIN
    In partnership with our Mexico office we’ve positioned a new tequila brand in the Spanish market. In addition to importing the tequila we’ve also handled all the shipping of the promotional merchandise and packaging for the launch of the drink in Spain at a popular music award event. We also deal with domestic supply to gourmet supermarkets which sell the tequila to the end customer.
