    We can handle your air shipments from start to finish, from your warehouse to your customer’s doorstep, including Customs procedures. There are over 40,000 airports around the world and a huge variety of connections on offer so you can send your goods door to door, streamlining transit times.

    Some shipments need extra special care. With our on-board courier service, our specialist air freight staff can fly to your required destination on the first available flight and personally deliver and hand over the goods, if necessary.

    We can organise special flights, chartering an entire plane in which your goods are the sole priority, to send large batches of goods swiftly and quickly to your required destination, should there be space constraints in high season or limited capacity issues. We store your goods in our warehouses in the main airport cargo terminals so that they can reach their destination swiftly and safely. Storage can include palletising, non-transparent shrink wrapping for sensitive goods (electronic goods, fashion items, cosmetics), thermal blankets, and gel packs and dry ice for perishable products.

The MyTIBA platform provides you with access to all your shipment documents at any time. You can download all the shipment documents and share files with your customers, access your track and trace maps, add documents and consult your document records.

Thanks to the e-freight system implemented by IATA, paper documentation is no longer required, thus simplifying and speeding up operations, increasing security and reducing costs.

  • SHIPMENT OF PERISHABLE GOODS FOR THE VEGETABLE SEASON IN NORTH AMERICA
    During the vegetable season from October to February, New York, Toronto, Montreal and Chicago and other North American cities receive several tonnes of peppers, cucumber and other vegetables every week. We have preferential agreements with major airlines that reserve space for us on direct flights thus guaranteeing timely deliveries. In addition, we protect the most sensitive products with thermal blankets and gel packs so that they reach their destination in optimum conditions.
  • HANGING GARMENT DELIVERY SERVICE
    Our customers, who are international benchmark firms in the fashion industry, trust us to handle their orders and supply their retail outlets and franchises with the latest garments and items.  We optimise transport and offer the best routes (especially in Latin America, the Middle East and China), ensuring regular deliveries to customers.
  • CLASSIC CARS
    We transported a 1931 Rolls Royce from Spain to Japan. As it was carrying fuel and oil, it was classed as a dangerous goods shipment and had to be registered as such in the DGD. The haulage and air freight were carried out with an almost empty petrol tank (with just enough fuel to carry out the loading and unloading manoeuvres), and the battery was disconnected, as per the IATA manual. We solved the lashing issues by using straps attached to the spokes of the wheels, with authorisation from the airline, instead of to the chassis as is normally the case, thus preventing the risk of breaking the suspension.
  • VEHICLE VALVES
    A major automotive company in Buenos Aires needed 2,000 plastic valves from Germany for its assembly line. The customer could not wait for the order making it an urgent delivery. We collected the goods in Paris, divided them up into two suitcases and flew to Argentina checking in and clearing the goods personally through Customs.
  • BOAT PARTS
    Shipment of spare parts and equipment for fishing boats, such as sonar devices, measuring devices and buoys for tuna fishing boats, to destinations such as the Seychelles, Mauritius and Reunion Island, providing swift, urgent solutions to fleets of over 500 boats.
  • SPARE PARTS FOR THE AEROSPACE INDUSTRY: SPACE CENTRE
    Shipment of measuring equipment to the French Guyana space centre. We coordinated the shipment from Madrid to Orly Airport in France, then the connection to the following flight which had been reserved for sending the aerospace equipment to French Guyana, where the space centre is located.
