N\u00e3o obstante, este meio de transporte \u00e9 o ideal no caso de mercadorias de valor muito elevado, no envio de volumes de pequena dimens\u00e3o\/peso ou dos produtos perec\u00edveis &#8211; quando existam solu\u00e7\u00f5es de transporte a\u00e9reo refrigerado ou congelado.<\/p>\n<h2>Quais os tipos de servi\u00e7o a\u00e9reo de mercadorias?<\/h2>\n<p>Existem basicamente dois tipos de servi\u00e7o (e de avi\u00e3o): de passageiros e cargueiros. A diferen\u00e7a radica basicamente na altura m\u00e1xima dos volumes a transportar. Num cargueiro podem chegar aos 2,05 metros (a porta tem uma altura de 2,10 metros), enquanto nos avi\u00f5es de passageiros se admitem como m\u00e1ximo cargas de 1,60 metros de altura.<\/p>\n<p>Ap\u00f3s esta introdu\u00e7\u00e3o, passamos agora a analisar os elementos de uma cota\u00e7\u00e3o de transporte a\u00e9reo.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Como entender uma cota\u00e7\u00e3o de transporte a\u00e9reo?<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/h2>\n<h3><strong>Conhe\u00e7a as rubricas e sobretaxas b\u00e1sicas no frete a\u00e9reo<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>As cota\u00e7\u00f5es de transporte a\u00e9reo s\u00e3o relativamente simples comparadas com as do transporte mar\u00edtimo, j\u00e1 que neste se incluem todos os adicionais ao frete. Mesmo as rubricas de fuel e de IRC (cujo significado veremos mais \u00e0 frente) s\u00e3o consideradas dentro do frete a\u00e9reo, oferecendo-se a os clientes um pre\u00e7o <em>all-in<\/em> (ou seja, tudo inclu\u00eddo).<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><em><strong>As rubricas de uma cota\u00e7\u00e3o a\u00e9rea s\u00e3o basicamente as seguintes:<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>\u2022 Frete<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\nO frete a\u00e9reo \u00e9 cotado sempre por kg e facturado pelo peso tax\u00e1vel.<br \/>\nDependendo do destino ou servi\u00e7o, encontramos tarifas diferentes: GEN, VAL, DG, Priority, etc.<br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>\u2022 Fuel (combustible) ou FSC (Fuel Surcharge)<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\nSobretaxa aplicada para corrigir as flutua\u00e7\u00f5es do pre\u00e7o do combust\u00edvel.<br \/>\n<strong><span style=\"color: #000080;\">\u2022 IRC (Insurance Risk Charge)<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\nSobretaxa de seguran\u00e7a cobrada nos aeroportos.<\/p>\n<h3>Saiba calcular o custo de um transporte a\u00e9reo<\/h3>\n<p>O frete e adicionais no transporte a\u00e9reo s\u00e3o geralmente escalonados por quilos, como no exemplo:<br \/>\nEste formato \u00e9 habitual nas cota\u00e7\u00f5es de muitos transit\u00e1rios, pois as pr\u00f3prias companhias o fazem desta forma.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\">MIN\u00a0 \u00a0 -45\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Q45\u00a0 Q100\u00a0 Q300 Q500\u00a0 Q1000\u00a0 Q2000\u00a0\u00a0 Q3000 DIV\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0 Fuel\u00a0\u00a0 IRC<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000080;\">40,00\u00a0 1,50\u00a0 1,50 \u00a0 0,95\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 0,60\u00a0\u00a0 0,50 \u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0 0,50\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 0,20\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 0,20\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 EUR \u00a0 0,99\u00a0\u00a0 0,06<\/span><\/p>\n<p>O escalonado deve entender-se da forma seguinte: aplica-se a coluna cujo valor \u00e9 imediatamente inferior ao peso tax\u00e1vel do envio. La coluna \u201c-45\u201d aplica-se para embarques de menos de 45 Kg. Em qualquer caso, h\u00e1 sempre um valor m\u00ednimo de frete por envio, que \u00e9 o indicado na coluna \u201cMIN\u201d. Para as rubricas Fuel e IRC, aplica-se o pre\u00e7o por peso tax\u00e1vel (no h\u00e1 escal\u00f5es nestes casos).<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><em><strong>Vejamos alguns exemplos:<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><em>a) Envio de 1 volume com 100 kg e 1,5 m3.<\/em><\/span><br \/>\n1,5 m3 x 167 Kg\/m3 = 250,5 kg -&gt; valor superior ao peso bruto de 100 kg. Portanto, o peso tax\u00e1vel ser\u00e1 250,5 kg. O escal\u00e3o de pre\u00e7o aplic\u00e1vel \u00e9 \u201cQ100\u201d (pois 250,5 kg \u00e9 inferior ao escal\u00e3o seguinte de \u201cQ300\u201d): Frete: 0,95 x 250,5 = 237,98 EUR<br \/>\nFuel: 0,99 x 250,5 = 247, 99 EUR<br \/>\nIRC: 0,06 x 250,5 = 15,03 EUR<br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><em>b) Envio de 1 volume com 43 kg e 0,15 m3.<\/em><\/span><br \/>\n0,15 m3 x 167 Kg\/m3 = 25,05 kg -&gt; valor inferior ao peso bruto de 43 kg. Portanto, o peso tax\u00e1vel ser\u00e1 43 kg. O escal\u00e3o de pre\u00e7o aplic\u00e1vel \u00e9 \u201c-45\u201d: Frete: 1,50 x 43 = 64,5 EUR<br \/>\nFuel: 0,99 x 43 = 42,57EUR<br \/>\nIRC: 0,06 x 43 = 2,58 EUR<br \/>\nNo caso do frete resultante ser inferior ao indicado no \u201cMIN\u201d, aplicar-se-ia o valor m\u00ednimo (Fuel e IRC n\u00e3o s\u00e3o considerados para efeitos de c\u00e1lculo do m\u00ednimo).<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_2595\" style=\"width: 720px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-2595\" class=\"size-gallery wp-image-2595\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/como-cotizar-un-transporte-aereo.jpg\" alt=\"Como entender uma cota\u00e7\u00e3o de transporte a\u00e9reo\" width=\"710\" height=\"225\" \/><p id=\"caption-attachment-2595\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Como entender uma cota\u00e7\u00e3o de transporte a\u00e9reo?<\/p><\/div>\n<h3><strong>Conhe\u00e7a os gastos locais na origem e no destino<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">\u2022 CHC (Cargo Handling Charge) ou GTC (Ground Terminal Charges)<\/span><br \/>\nSobretaxa que se cobra pelo servi\u00e7o de handling no avi\u00e3o (assist\u00eancia em terra do avi\u00e3o). Esta taxa \u00e9 calculada sobre o peso bruto.<br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">\u2022 AWB (Air Waybill)<\/span><br \/>\n\u00c9 o custo da documenta\u00e7\u00e3o e da emiss\u00e3o do Conhecimento de Embarque A\u00e9reo, sendo aplicada por documento, ou seja, por B\/L emitido.<br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">\u2022 X-ray<\/span><br \/>\nEsta taxa recai sobre a inspec\u00e7\u00e3o obrigat\u00f3ria \u00e0 mercadoria atrav\u00e9s de raios-X por quest\u00f5es de seguran\u00e7a e \u00e9 calculada por volume (caixa ou palete).<br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">\u2022 Despacho aduaneiro<\/span><br \/>\nO despacho aduaneiro poder\u00e1 ser apresentado de diferentes maneiras: por factura comercial, por contentor, por B\/L.
