{"id":51035,"date":"2014-04-17T10:00:49","date_gmt":"2014-04-17T08:00:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.tibagroup.com\/declaracion-responsable\/"},"modified":"2025-03-13T12:40:51","modified_gmt":"2025-03-13T11:40:51","slug":"declaracion-responsable","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.tibagroup.com\/es\/comercio-internacional\/normativas\/declaracion-responsable","title":{"rendered":"Declaraci\u00f3n responsable"},"content":{"rendered":"<section  class='av_textblock_section av-44wjo8-3639a78214f8672355f5bc42b7312009 '  ><div class='avia_textblock' ><p>Para poder\u00a0<a title=\"importar cosm\u00e9ticos, perfumes y productos de cuidado personal\" href=\"\/es\/servicios\/logistica-salud\/importar-cosmeticos-perfumes\">importar cosm\u00e9ticos, perfumes y productos de cuidado personal<\/a>, es necesario presentar ante la AEMPS una solicitud de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aemps.gob.es\/cosmeticosHigiene\/cosmeticos\/docs\/modelo-declaracion-responsable-importadores-cosmeticos.doc\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">Declaraci\u00f3n responsable<\/a> en la que se reflejan todos los datos de la empresa as\u00ed como los almacenes utilizados para la importaci\u00f3n y el t\u00e9cnico tesponsable que va a controlar todo el proceso.<\/p>\n<p>Esta declaraci\u00f3n sustituye, \u00fanicamente en el caso de la importaci\u00f3n de cosm\u00e9ticos, perfumes y productos de cuidado personal, a la <a title=\"Licencia de Importaci\u00f3n de productos sanitarios\" href=\"\/es\/comercio-internacional\/importar\/licencia-sanitaria-importacion\">licencia de importaci\u00f3n sanitaria<\/a>\u00a0y supone una reducci\u00f3n en los tiempos de tramitaci\u00f3n. Para otros productos sanitarios sigue siendo necesaria la obtenci\u00f3n de la licencia de importaci\u00f3n sanitaria.<\/p>\n<p>Una vez presentada esta declaraci\u00f3n, y antes de importar, es necesario realizar la comunicaci\u00f3n del producto ante el Portal de Notificaci\u00f3n Europeo y, si el producto es la primera vez que se importa, la realizaci\u00f3n de un estudio de seguridad.<\/p>\n<h2>C\u00f3mo se realiza la Declaraci\u00f3n Responsable<\/h2>\n<p>Presentando por medios telem\u00e1ticos toda la documentaci\u00f3n necesaria ante la Agencia del Medicamento y Productos Sanitarios. Entre esta documentaci\u00f3n es necesario:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Poseer\u00a0<a title=\"almacenes sanitarios\" href=\"\/es\/servicios\/logistica-distribucion-almacenes\/sanitarios\">almacenes homologados por la AEMPS<\/a>, ya sea en propiedad o subcontratados. El tama\u00f1o del almac\u00e9n ir\u00e1 en funci\u00f3n de la actividad de la empresa y el tipo de producto. TIBA dispone de almacenes sanitarios homologados por la AEMPS y que cuentan con las m\u00e1s modernas medidas de seguridad y control.<\/li>\n<li>Contar con un responsable t\u00e9cnico sanitario que, entre otras obligaciones, ser\u00e1 el encargado de la liberaci\u00f3n de los lotes importados y distribuidos.
