SHIPPING COMPANY IN COLOMBIA

Import and export to and from Colombia

International shipments are subject to customs and tax regulations which depend on the countries involved and must always be taken into account. Depending on the Incoterms under which the operation is carried out, the exporter has to deliver the goods to a particular place so that they may be collected by the importer. Therefore, the obligations of the exporter do not always end, nor do those of the importer always begin, when the goods arrive at the port of destination.

The seller acts as the exporter or shipper and the buyer acts as the importer or consignee.
