The solar plants in China are always invested by government. China has formulated a medium and long-term development plan for photovoltaic power generation. With the increasing reduction of traditional fossil energy, the proportion of renewable energy consumption is increasing year by year, and the proportion of photovoltaic power generation is increasing rapidly.
According to the planning forecast, by 2050, China’s photovoltaic installed capacity will reach 2000gw and the annual power generation will reach 2600twh, accounting for 26% of the total power generation in China. With the progress of modern technology, the conversion efficiency of photovoltaic power generation will be improved year by year, and the power generation cost will be greatly reduced, so that the price of photovoltaic power generation will be lower than the conventional electricity price to a certain extent.
China government offer fully support to solar business, for example the total amount of subsidy budget for new photovoltaic power generation projects in 2020 is 1.5 billion yuan. Among them, 500 million yuan is used for household photovoltaic, and the project construction of subsidy bidding projects (including centralized photovoltaic power stations and industrial and commercial distributed photovoltaic projects), is organized according to the total subsidy of 1 billion yuan. That’s the total amount of household subsidies is 500 million yuan, and the industrial and commercial and ground bidding projects are 1 billion yuan.
