In order to guarantee total safety of the liquid transport, we install the flexitank in our own warehouses.
The procedure includes the verification of the container, installation of the side and floor protections, inspection and subsequent assembly of the flexitank, installation of the bulkhead and placement of safety stickers. The entire process is recorded on a safety sheet which is kept until the flexitank arrives at its destination.
While some manufacturers sell the flexitank as is, our policy on this is very clear: we offer a comprehensive service. This is particularly important at the point of installation, as it takes a lot of experience to validate valid containers and this is not always easy because even the shipping lines don’t have them properly identified. A container with a bulging wall or a metal edge can lead to flexitank breakage and total loss of the product.
